between the insane ballot box budgeting that has shown little recognition of past obligations and no regard for future debt, and the absolute ideological rigidity and extremism of our legislators due to safe districts, you have a more or less complete breakdown in governance. so… who else thinks it’s time for a new california constitutional convention?
